# About this knowledge base

The **Polaris knowledge base** is the central information hub for the **Rotary Platform** [**Polaris**](/polaris/docs/what-is-polaris). It is designed to provide users with quick, efficient, and intuitive access to relevant information. The goal is to create a comprehensive, up-to-date, and user-friendly resource in multiple languages that simplifies daily tasks and optimizes the administrative processes in the clubs and districts.

The following **three options** can be used to obtain the necessary information or appropriate assistance.

1. Explore the **menu** located on the left side to find various categories and articles within the natural hierarchy structure of all topics. The similarity to the Polaris administration menu is intentional.
2. It delivers intelligent results based on natural language processing. This allows users to quickly find the answers they need, without having to sift through lengthy documentation or manuals. The search function ensures precise, relevant, and context-aware information retrieval, enhancing the overall user experience.
3. Access [**Contact & Support**](/polaris/docs/support) section for details about the support organization along with contact information, if you need any further assistance.
