## Polaris Support

If you have any inquiries regarding Polaris or need assistance, please adhere to the escalation path outlined below:

**Club members** should always reach out to the **CICO** **within their club** initially. If there is no CICO in the club, the secretary assumes this responsibility.

CICOs, district officers, and webmasters of the Foundation, Fellowships, and other Rotary organizations should reach out to the **DICO** within their district.

The [Polaris team](/polaris/docs/polaris-team) serves as the contact point for DICOs. They exclusively utilize the **RedMine ticketing system** for their requests.
