### 1. Centralized and modern platform

- **Unified system** for over 70.000 members across 10 European countries.
- Supports **multiple languages** (<meta charset="utf-8">English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Bosnian and Icelandic) – additional languages can be easily integrated.
- **Cross-device compatibility:** Optimized for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops with responsive design.

### 2. Comprehensive features for club and district life

- **Event management:** Easy organization of meetings, events, and projects.
- **Membership management:** Automatic synchronization with Rotary International’s data (via SEMDA).
- **Communication tools:** Integrated newsletter distribution, document management, and photo galleries.
- **Collaboration:** Facilitates interaction between national websites, districts, metropolitan clubs, regular clubs (including satellite and special clubs), service committees, and fellowship groups.

### 3. Data protection and security

- **Available for districts and individual clubs**: Polaris can be provided to entire districts and, exceptionally, to individual clubs.

SEMDA is an intelligent integration system that connects local club management systems to the Rotary International IT infrastructure, acting as a seamless data exchange gateway.
