# Attendance tracking made easy!

- Assignment of roles for attendance recording (e.g. club venue or responsible person)
- Difference between Attendance Capture (Restaurant) and Presence Management
- Recording participants at events – with a click or QR code scan
- Management of presence data in the backend by authorized club members
- Automatic registration of guests from other Rotary clubs
- Overview of all events and attendance rates in the club year
- Permanent and temporary attendance exemptions (e.g. from the Rotarian age of 85, maternity leave, etc.)
- Precise calculation of points of presence incl. away events
- Possibility to compensate for away presence afterwards (e.g. visit to RC Shanghai)
