# Email address for clubs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein

With the launch of Polaris, **every club in Switzerland and Liechtenstein** has been assigned an **email address**.

The structure of the address is:

`<club-name>`**@rotary.swiss**

Example: RC Redliwil ****redliwil@rotary.swiss**

E-mails to this address will be redirected to the secretary's private email address. The access data for this email account was verifiably sent to the secretary at the time.

> In the case of a secretary transition, the departing secretary must provide the access credentials to their successor and modify the redirection accordingly.

The password can be modified there, and the redirect can be altered.
