# Locations & Schedules

## Meeting Locations and Schedules

Each club may have multiple locations and various schedules (**Club Information** > **Locations** or **Schedules**). A schedule is always linked to a specific location. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the potential location(s) prior to creating a schedule.

**LOCATION = The site where the club gathers.**

**SCHEDULE = The timetable showing when the club convenes.**

Locations are generally restaurants or venues where the club gathers on a regular or occasional basis. A virtual meeting with a fixed address can also be regarded as a location.

> [!NOTE]
> ** NOTE
>
> The location for a unique event should be recorded within the event details.

### Locations

The schedules and locations are displayed in the footer on the club's home page, including a route planner and a google map. If there are several schedules, the display changes every 4 seconds. If no schedule or location is defined, or if they are not linked together, an empty footer appears.

On the left and right sides of the blue area, there are arrows for navigating through the schedules.

The name is sufficient for the description of the location, but in order for the map and directions to be displayed, it is necessary to enter the complete postal address.

### Schedules

You need to specify the day of the week and the meeting's duration. Furthermore, you will determine the location, along with some standard settings for the meetings.

If your meetings take place at different times depending on the week of the month, or if your schedules are different in summer and winter, create related schedules and describe the specific rules in the content tab of the schedule.

> [!WARNING]
> ** VISIBILITY
>
> You need to activate the schedule's visibility; otherwise, it won't appear in the footer on the homepage.
