# IJsland

## Polaris-Support

Als u vragen heeft over Polaris of hulp nodig heeft, houdt u zich dan aan het onderstaande escalatiepad:

> GEBRUIKER → CICO → DICO → POLARIS TEAM

**Clubleden** moeten altijd in eerste instantie contact opnemen met de **CICO** **binnen hun club**. Als er geen CICO in de club is, neemt de secretaris deze verantwoordelijkheid op zich.

CICO's, districtsfunctionarissen en webmasters van de Foundation, Fellowships en andere Rotary-organisaties moeten contact opnemen met de **DICO** in hun district.

De [Polaris team](/polaris/docs/nl/polaris-team) fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor DICO's. Ze maken uitsluitend gebruik van het **RedMine ticketingsysteem** voor hun aanvragen.
