Online Shop (created via Payrexx)

With the "Pages" tool, you can quickly create an Online Shop to sell your products and services – no programming skills or personal website required.

The Payrexx "Pages" tool is ideal for small businesses and individuals: Within minutes, you can create your own Online Shop that meets the highest security standards, allowing your customers to pay with all major payment methods.

You don’t need a personal website or technical knowledge for the setup.

Creating a Shop

• Log in to Payrexx and navigate to Pages > Overview.

• Click on “Create your first page” or “Create” in the top right corner.
  Once your shop is set up, you can customize it according to your preferences by clicking on the "Edit" icon:

Shop Configuration

The settings you can adjust in your shop are divided into five tabs.

Title and description

In the first tab, you can add the title of your shop and optionally a description. For the description, you can use plain text as well as HTML elements and images. You can create multilingual shops.

MULTILINGUAL

If you are unable to activate multilingual support for your shop, check your basic settings and enable the desired languages there: Settings > General settings > Languages > Enable multilingual frontend

Payment information

In this tab, you can configure payment settings, define currencies, and select payment providers.

In the upper section of the window, you can specify the types of payments you want to accept in your shop. You can choose between one-time payments, subscriptions, pre-authorizations, and tokenizations.

NOTE

Please note that not all payment functions are supported by every payment provider. For more details, refer to the Payment Provider Feature Matrix.

In the middle section, you can define which currencies should be available in your shop. Additionally, you can set a minimum amount or shipping costs if desired.

CURRENCY NOT AVAILABLE

If your preferred currency is not available, please check the configuration of your payment providers and enable the corresponding currency there.

In the bottom section, you can activate the desired payment providers that should be available in your Pages shop. You can change the order of the payment providers by clicking and dragging.

Products

In this tab, you can manage the products in your shop.

1. In the "Search and add product" field, you can search for existing products and assign the desired ones to your shop.

2. By clicking on the edit icon, you can modify existing products. If you want to reorder the products, you can move them using drag & drop.

3. New products can be created using the green button below the search field.

NOTE

If a product cannot be found via the search field, the product's category may not be compatible with that of the shop. In this case, please check the product's configuration.

Form fields

To collect information from your customers, you can specify the details you want to request in this tab. We recommend asking for at least the email address with every purchase.

On the right side, you can select and add a new field. By hovering over a field, you also have the option to make it a mandatory field. You can change the order of the fields by clicking and dragging.

Advanced options

The last tab contains various shop settings, which we will explain in detail below.

You can select the Look & Feel profile for your shop and customize the text for the completion button.

Optionally add one or more discount codes to offer your customers the possibility of a discounted purchase.

Customize the messages displayed to customers after successful or failed payments. Add URLs to which customers should be redirected after successful or failed payments (e.g., thank you page or error page).

Compose and design a custom email to be sent to customers after their purchase.

Optimize the shop for search engines by defining a page title and meta description. The preview shows how the shop would appear in Google search results.

Additional functions

Three additional functions are available in the upper part of the window:

1. By clicking on the view icon, you can see how the shop will appear to customers.

2. Clicking on the share icon allows you to copy the shop link (and adding the link on your Polaris website). You can also pre-fill the form fields with predefined data.

3. Clicking on the embed icon lets you integrate the shop into your own website.
