# Paul Harris Fellow

The Paul Harris Fellow is awarded by numerous clubs as a recognition for Rotary friends and companions.

The Rotary Foundation allows every club and individual to earn recognition points through donations. The conversion rate is set at 1 USD = 1 point. By exchanging 1,000 points, one can apply for a Paul Harris Fellow.

The process is quite straightforward: complete the [form](https://cdn.document360.io/3f5e5dcd-6f04-4fa4-89a0-b411b2a15ab9/Images/Documentation/PHF_recognition_transfer_request_form_en.pdf), send it to Rotary International in Zurich (to the attention of Ms. Sie-Hee Moon, sie-hee.moon@rotary.org), and after the award ceremony, register it under the member (**Polaris Administration > select member > member details > community**).

The processing time at Rotary International is approximately three weeks, so it is advisable not to submit any time-sensitive applications (especially around the turn of the calendar year and also at the end of the Rotary year).
