See the [Migration project details.](/semda/docs/project-details) New customers cannot longer start their integration projects using SEMDA-3. They will only be allowed to use SEMDA-4. ## 1. Price 2025/2026 (for past SEMDA-2 customers only) When RCS took over SEMDA in 2023 it was promised to keep the same fees and the license model for the existing customers for the next 2 years i.e. until 2025/2026. This is due to the fact that existing customers will have some effort to adapt to the new API. Keeping the fee level for two years is a contribution to the loyalty of our customers. This means that until the 30.6.2026 there will be **license fee per district, regardless the number of the clubs in it**: - 1st district of the country = € 350 / year - Other districts in the same country = € 120 / year - All Rotaract clubs in the same country = € 120 / year The invoices will be issued to the districts in advance starting on July 15, 2025. ## 2. Price after 1. July 2026 and for new customers For new customers from the very beginning and for existing customers after July 1st 2026 there will be a **license fee for each connected / synchronized club**. - Rotary Club = € 15 / year for **read-write** access to RI - Rotary Club = € 7 / year for **read-only** access to RI - Rotaract Club = € 0 (for free) The invoices will be issued to the CMS vendors in advance starting on July 15. Licenses starting during the year will be charged pro-rata temporis. All prices are excl. VAT. > [!TIP] > **✔ For clubs using Polaris, the fee is always included in the Polaris license.** Rotary Communication Services Switzerland-Liechtenstein Application Programming Interface, a set of protocols and tools for building software applications, allowing different systems to communicate.
