About this knowledge base

The Polaris knowledge base is the central information hub for the Rotary Platform Polaris. It is designed to provide users with quick, efficient, and intuitive access to relevant information. The goal is to create a comprehensive, up-to-date, and user-friendly resource in multiple languages that simplifies daily tasks and optimizes the administrative processes in the clubs and districts.

The following three options can be used to obtain the necessary information or appropriate assistance.

  1. Explore the menu located on the left side to find various categories and articles within the natural hierarchy structure of all topics. The similarity to the Polaris administration menu is intentional.

  2. Utilize the search bar powered by AI on top of the menu to enter your topic or inquiry, or simply formulate questions in natural language.Search bar interface with a search icon and keyboard shortcut indication.This advanced search is a key feature of the Polaris knowledge base. It delivers intelligent results based on natural language processing. This allows users to quickly find the answers they need, without having to sift through lengthy documentation or manuals. The search function ensures precise, relevant, and context-aware information retrieval, enhancing the overall user experience.

  3. Access Contact & Support section for details about the support organization along with contact information, if you need any further assistance.

It is possible to share an article via email. A new email will open and the link to the article will be inserted.

It is possible to export article(s) as PDF or to print. All articles can be exported as PDF (multiple articles can also be combined into one PDF).

Bookmarks

It is possible to copy the link to the desired heading in the article (“bookmark”). The copy icon appears to the right of each heading – this allows you to copy and share the link to another user.
