With the launch of Polaris, every club in Switzerland and Liechtenstein has been assigned an email address.
The structure of the address is:
<club-name>@rotary.swiss
Example: RC Redliwil redliwil@rotary.swiss
E-mails to this address will be redirected to the secretary's private email address. The access data for this email account was verifiably sent to the secretary at the time.
NOTE
In the case of a secretary transition, the departing secretary must provide the access credentials to their successor and modify the redirection accordingly.
The email provider can be reached at: https://hobo.sui-inter.net:8443
The password can be modified there, and the redirect can be altered.
