The update to version 1.5 is the most significant enhancement since Polaris was launched. The most extensive modification occurs in the member management area, which is essentially the core of the application. Consequently, these changes impact numerous aspects of Polaris, which may lead to potential issues.
We provide you with an overview of known issues that are currently being addressed with great effort. We aim to keep this list up to date.

Login problems for some users (Cookies) → RECOMMENDATION: Reset password (click on forgot password)
Printed member QR-Codes no longer work → RECOMMENDATION: print out new QR-Codes
Member transfer: Admins cannot initiate the transfer request (option is missing) and confirm it → RECOMMENDATION: inform your DICO – the Polaris Team can initiate the process and confirm it in the meantime
Member transfer: Note to secretary of the other club is missing in the email
Content block "Image with text": When you edit and save the block, the image is lost and the block is displayed as empty in the overview → RECOMMENDATION: SAVE the image before, change the text and click on save, then edit the “empty” block again and upload the image and click on save (→ image and text appear again)
The sum of the results from the event registration may be incorrect
Capturing attendance on the smartphone: action button is (sometimes) missing → RECOMMENDATION: use landscape mode, if you don’t see the action button (maybe an email address is very long)
Wrong event statistics when guests are present
Unable to update Rotaract club officers in RI via Polaris
Newsletter dispatch: Status reverts from "Ready to send" back to "Draft", when, for instance, the dynamic recipient group "All other contacts" is utilized → RECOMMENDATION: use the button “+ Add multiple members” and select the recipient group in the filter, search and add the result to the list. Then the desired recipients are in the list (static), but the newsletter can be dispatched
Guest members cannot be removed (missing action icon)
The email server sometimes does not send a "Sent" message back to Polaris (Status "Hold" in Polaris, but "Sent" in reality)
Member Management > All > Tab Finance: only the Other contacts are displayed
Missing translations
Issues (500 error) may arise when attempting to delete an event → RECOMMENDATION: first remove the image under Primary image
