If you have any inquiries regarding Polaris or need assistance, please adhere to the escalation path outlined below:

USER    CICO  → DICO →  POLARIS TEAM

Club members should always reach out to the CICO within their club initially. If there is no CICO in the club, the secretary assumes this responsibility.

CICOs, district officers, and webmasters of the Foundation, Fellowships, and other Rotary organizations should reach out to the DICO within their district.

The Polaris team serves as the contact point for DICOs. They exclusively utilize the RedMine ticketing system for their requests.

Please adhere to this escalation path and refrain from emailing DICOs or Team Polaris directly, even if you have personal connections with them. They are unable to respond. All inquiries are handled solely through the established processes.
