Polaris version 1.5.12 has been deployed. The focus of this update is on small improvements and bug fixes for a wider user base.

Improvements of unit, member and participant exports
Unit export (xlsx)
- The column “RI ID” is renamed to “Unit RI ID”
- A new column “Domain” is added (placed left before the existing column “Charter number”)
- The logic for the filename designation has been changed to follow this format: YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-unit-export.xlsx (e.g., 2026-03-20-14-31-unit-export.xlsx)
Member export (xlsx)
- A new column "Unit RI ID" is added (placed left before the existing column “Unit affiliation”)- The logic for the filename designation has been changed to follow this format: YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-member-export.xlsx (e.g., 2026-03-20-14-31-member-export.xlsx)
Participant export (xlsx)
- A new column "Unit RI ID" is added (placed left before the existing column “Home Unit”)- The logic for the filename designation has been changed to follow this format: YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-participant-export.xlsx (e.g., 2026-03-20-14-31-participant-export.xlsx)
Board: active / inactive flag from board maintenance has been removed
Bug fixes
Newly created members were automatically added to events where the option "Only allow registration of participants appearing on the list" was enabled. This has now been fixed.
Prospect to member promotion: Admission date was not correct in Frontend, missing community "Start of community membership" in Backend
