Change Forwarding Email Address

You can change the forwarding email address of your club yourself

In most cases, the official email address of the clubs is forwarded to the email address of the secretary. This forwarding can now be changed by the clubs themselves.

The desired changes can be made on https://mailservice.rotary.at.

NOTE

The change request can be created by any person. However, it must be approved by the person previously on file (email address). This person will be notified by email and has a maximum of 7 days to do so. After that, a new application must be created.

ATTENTION

Before approving the request, verify who created the request and that the new forwarding address belongs to the club member.

If more than one person has been entered in the forwarding, the change will be made as soon as the first person gives their approval. The persons involved will be informed accordingly by email.

If there are any problems with changing the forwarding, please contact your respective DICO in Austria & Bosnia-Herzegovina.
