The support team is here to assist you whenever you need help. This service is provided within each Rotary club, ensuring you receive prompt and targeted assistance. Please reach out to the appropriate contact person in your club for any questions or issues. Here you will find all the necessary information, guides, and contact options.
If you have any inquiries regarding Polaris or need assistance, please adhere to the escalation path outlined below:
USER โ CICO โ DICO โ POLARIS TEAM
Club members should always reach out to the CICO within their club initially. If there is no CICO in the club, the secretary assumes this responsibility.
CICOs, district officers, and webmasters of the Foundation, Fellowships, and other Rotary organizations should reach out to the DICO within their district.
The Polaris team serves as the contact point for DICOs. They exclusively utilize the RedMine ticketing system for their requests.
PLEASE CONSIDER
Please adhere to this escalation path and refrain from emailing DICOs or Team Polaris directly, even if you have personal connections with them. They are unable to respond. All inquiries are handled solely through the established processes.
There may be small differences in the support organization in the particular countries.

The โMy Rotary Systemโ (my.rotary.org) is operated and supported by Rotary International and is not the same as Polaris.
If you need support for My Rotary, please login with into your My Rotary account (could be different to the Polaris account) and contact Rotary Support Center at rotarysupportcenter@rotary.org.
