Support for My Rotary
The “My Rotary System” (my.rotary.org) is operated and supported by Rotary International and is not the same as Polaris.
If you need support for My Rotary, please login with into your My Rotary account (could be different to the Polaris account) and contact Rotary Support Center at rotarysupportcenter@rotary.org.
Data change request for Rotary International
In case you do no have access to My Rotary and need to change your club or membership data, please send your request to data@rotary.org.
Who can update club and member data on my.rotary.org?
Current club officers and executive secretaries are authorized to update club and member data. If you are an officer and cannot find a function you expect, it's possible that your role was not reported correctly. Please ask a fellow officer to add you or contact data@rotary.org.
NOTE
If you are utilizing Polaris, simply modify your club or member information in Polaris, and the integrated API “SEMDA” will ensure the data is synchronized between Polaris and Rotary International.
How can I get access to rotary.org?
Every Rotarian should have access to the internal section of rotary.org to view the protected areas. To do this, create an account using your rotary email address under My Rotary > Sign In or Register Account.
As an officer, you can enter the internal area via my.rotary.org > Login (or Sign In to My Rotary): Under Administration, you will find Club Management, including club billing, member data, club information, etc.
